Super tasty Tonkotsu, creamy broth and plenty of great toppings. Noodles were nice and chewy. I also ordered the shrimp shumai... dumplings which were also very tasty. Service was excellent, prompt and courteous. Usually I find great restaurants when theyhave thousands of reviews. This place deserves much more traffic than it currently has. Solid bowl of ramen with fast service for a good price. I got the spicy miso and although it wasn?t really spicy, I was... impressed by how authentic the chashu was. First time here. Food was excellent. The ramen bowls were delicious. Very filling. We tried the Shoyu-Tonkotsu (pork broth) and... traditional Shoyu. Tonkotsu was a little creamy while the traditional was a traditional broth. Portions and flavor were great.Salty not spicy. Shrimp dumplings and a side of rice were perfect for a kids option. The tiramisu was a nice finish ofsweetness to cut the salt. Portion was good to split, kind of average. Inside was nice and clean. Music was kind of punkrockish. For dinner music, a tad annoying.
