The food is always Ihop good! But the service is HORRIBLE! A bunch of nonchalant, no host, no type of greeting, slow kids who... aren't attentive at all. Not even when it's time to pay! I've witnessed families walk out because the server never came backwith any boxes or the check! Read more
It took over an hour to get my take out, I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready by 10:48am and I waited an extra 30... minutes for it at the restaurant after getting there on time. When I asked for sugar free syrup the girl huffed and swung aroundto get it for me, she rudley gave it to me and walked away, I of course said thank you anyway even though it was not deservedlike the tip which would have been plenty had she not been so rude!!!!!!!!!! I use to be a faithful client of this place, but now (September 1st 2022) this place became a joke, (and a bad one). Basically... no greeting whatsoever when we arrived, had to wait for an eternity to be seated while somebody was apparently dealing with amysterious cashier issue preventing her from taking car of us? The food : dry and small pancakes, disgusting burned hashbrown. Overcooked eggs that felt like polystyrene and low quality bacon? It was such a disappointment for me to realize how badthis place is now (since I live overseas and it was my first time back since 3 years). The food overall is always good.. The person serving us was probably new.. Instead of using trays to bring drinks and food she... would bring two things at a time. Also not on top of silverware and drinks and missing order requests. Read more

We had just had a bad experience at Denny's across the street so our group decided to come to Ihop. Ally was our server and she... was so attentive and nice. She made sure we had a good experience. She checked on us every few minutes and made sure our drinkswere full and that's what I look for when deciding what to tip. I have been in food service for over 20 years and when you havea employee like her you should do what you can to keep them so I hope she get some recognition for her hard work. I had theavocado toast which was just sliced avocados and tomatoes which is different from what I'm used to but it was still good justadd a little salt and pepper. I couldn't have tomatoes I had no tomatoes on it. My husband had the beef tips and eggs and thebeef was tender and the eggs were perfect definitely would come back if we're ever in the area again.
