There were a few bumps in the kitchen that delayed our food. I enjoyed the oxtails, very tender. My parents happened to stumble onto this restaurant and can?t express how grateful I am that they did. This restaurant was so... good and so nostalgic. From the drinks of Jamrock Punch that were packed with a kick to codfish fritter appetizers to theirackee and salt fish cups. The chicken soup had the right amount of spice kick so you can continue to order more drinks. Orderedcoconut grilled shrimp with peppers, omg delicious too! My main course was Dunn?s River Island Fried Chicken, rice & peas andcabbage with plantain. Super nostalgic in flavor . Just got back in town and wanted some good fish. My mother in-law said the oxtail is good. So I don't eat meat, I ordered two... fish escovich, curried snapper and oxtail for my mother. Which came up to $75. Anyhow the fish was not cleaned fish scales inyour mouth and the fish tasted and smelled fishy it was not clean with lime. Then they fried it in old oil. I do not recommendthis restaurant for fish. And over priced for fish that's not cleaned. Mom said oxtail was good. Read more
