Just got back from there just wanted a milkshake and instead I get what tasted like nesquick with ice in it. A milkshake should... taste creamy and thick not watery and thin. And what made it worse was we waited 10 minutes after we paid for it in a store with0 customers. I work in food service this is just sad. Read more

Ordered 6 jumbo chicken wings for $8. I thought that was a bit pricey. When I got them they were not much bigger than the size... of a quarter. Are these jumbo pigeon wings? I hope this was a mistake, if not you should be ashamed. At the very least don'tinsult your customers by calling them jumbo chicken wings. Read more

Rutters today at the time I visted 2:30 pm was not busy. I was the only food order at that time. The store was relatively... clean and fairly stocked. The ladies at the front register were happy and pleasant. Barhrooms were clean. Coffee bar neededattention though. I ordered a steak sub and 3 bavon egg and cheese sliders. The sliders this time were correct. The last timeI ordered BEC sliders I got home to find they were sausage egg and cheese. This happens often with the sliders and friedpickles. You eill either get stuck together not fully cooked fried pickles or you pay for a Large 5 pickles and get 3 or a smallinstead. I always have to call the home office to get this resolved. Today, please see the pictures of the steak sub. On thissub was susposed to be Mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, onion, provolone cheese, mushrooms and steak. There was No mayo,No ketchupand there was less then 2 tablespoons of meat. This sub was so skimpy. For the money paid it was NOT worth it, as it was mostlybread. The biggest thing on the sub the tomatoes. The lettuce was almost non existent. I have no idea what is happening atthis particular Rutters, but they really have been failing in the food service department. This occurs mostly after the hoursof 3 pm weekdays and weekends. When you call to let them know they didn't get your order right...There is NEVER a manager onafter 3 pm. Brian the manager who apparently is only there during the morning never returns a call. I stop at this Rutters 4times a week. However it is time to perhaps patronize another convince store up the road when ordering food. As my calls andcontinued returning of food because they didn't make it right, or wasn't even cooked had fallen on def ears with management. Fororder accuracy I give them 5/10 since they only get 50 percent of my orders right per week for the last 3 months. For valuevs. Money, 6/10 as their portions are getting smaller and smaller. For cleanliness of the store 8/ Read more

While the location is definitely convenient, the pumps have issues, the layout is typically cluttered for a ?revamp? and now I... can add theft... where a $30 bill was charged as $150. To say the least I?m incredibly unhappy with this service and will bewarning others to stay far away. Read more
