This place is amazing! The employees here are constantly busy, but they all seem to take time to give a smile to their... customers. Well done to you all! They messed up our order. It was okay, but the way the dealt with it wasn?t. The crew who handled the order were rude. We... started to think whether she was customer or we were the customer. Lot of arrogance and attitude. We are not going to this YoungStreet Tims anymore. It looks like this Tim hires members who talk in another language between them and customer remains dumb.Avoid this Tims. Esso Tims is right next to it and is far better, always courteous. Read more
The staff were very friendly. My custom order of an iced coffee with chocolate milk instead of cream and chocolate syrup instead... of King syrup was perfect. Restaurant and washrooms were very clean. They are all decked out for covid-19 protection. And agreat location with one entrance having a set of Lights. Read more
Is not bad but overall. Service is slow sometimes. Staff change almost on daily basis and people not stick around and that is... the reason the orders are sometimes got delayed due to the ongoing training of the new staff members. Whoever left from the oldstaff are very prompt and fast with the right attitude. Read more
