Didn't follow directions wasn't toasted Clearly said wanted it toasted happened more then once
Ever get the feeling you just arrived at a place at the wrong time? We arrived the evening of sept 6th and ordered take-out.... While we didn?t really experience any issue with our order a couple of the staff were openly dismissive and mocking of thecustomers ahead of us. As someone who works in customer service I know that after a whole shift it can be hard to be polite butthere isn?t any excuse when the customers your serving are being kind and patient and are tolerating your terrible attitude. Iwill say there appeared to be a new employee in training who was friendly and polite although there were two employees (one tallmasculine fellow was wearing a hat that said ?Jess?) who rolled their eyes and spoke down to the customers. Went to this location for lunch as it is close to my place of work. I frequent this location but my last few encounters I wasn't... overly happy with. Service is fine but the vegetables are far from fresh. You can see the frost build up on the containerswhich makes the cucumbers soggy and almost transparent , the spinach was mushy the lettuce brown just not FRESH as they alladvertise. I asked for quacamole turkey smash with bacon, purchased the meal. Get back to my office no quacamole and notfresh vegetables. Not happy for the price you pay, at least vegetable could be fresh especially at the busiest time of the day. Sent off an email about this same issue before. Read more
They are featuring the avocado Greek, advertising it all over the place. I ordered the vegan on flatbread. You stand in line... and then when you get to that section, out of avocados, and out of the Greek dressing. Their excuse is "it's a time limited"special. I noticed as well that lettuce is brown and spinach is limp. This is at lunch time. Take down the sandwich boards asyou are out of supplies. Don't serve old lettuce and spinach!! Read more
Very unfriendly staff.. They walk away before customer finishes the sentence. I ordered a soup it was ice cold, apparently they... forgot to turn it on. When I asked to heat my soup, grumpy staff took my soup the back room, where I felt very uncomfortable toeat it after. Hence, he didn?t even check with me afterward if I want my soup. I just walked away as if he didn?t care. Poorcustomer service, it need to be addressed. Read more
Great service but it was too hot in the store outside temperature was 25 and in store felt like 30.
Food is the standard subway experience, the staff are what make it great. They're all very friendly and will even remember you... if you go often. It's more than you can expect for a lot of the other subways. Always clean, always fresh. Read more
Usually do take out.... I love the way Subway smells with the fresh bread...
