Stood at the register for almost 10 minutes while the 2 staff handled 2 customers questions about utensils and condiments ... before they took my order, I ordered a bucket deal and they told me if I wanted white meat it would be 15 minute wait. I said Iwould wait and it was actually 25 minutes before I got my food. Terrible management. Read more
I'm not sure one thing we ordered was actually edible, fries tasted stale and like they were reheated. Very dry, chewy chicken,... most of the order was cold but were told to wait while they made fresh fries. Come to find out there's nothing fresh aboutanything we ordered. Never again Read more
2 people working...one guy standing around doing nothing!!! While the front girl is preparing food and trying to serve... customers!!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN! Just had the worst KFC meal I have ever had! Ordered the Bacon Chicken sandwich meal and I was unable... to bite through one end of the chicken but was able to take a bite out of the thicker end. I immediately spit it out as I couldnot chew it and it tasted burnt. It was very dark in colour and must have been cooked multiple times. We purchased 3 meals, allof them were the same and it cost over $50. This is not the first time I have gotten double cooked (burnt) chicken from theTitus St. location. Would give no stars if I could. I came in today on my way to work. I asked for a spicy twister. I noticed on my receipt it said pepper mayo. I informed the... cashier that?s not what I wanted. Instead of making a new wrap they put both sauces on my wrap. It was so full of mayo it wasfalling apart and I had to throw it out. No one answers the phone. Very displeased. Read more
I'm only giving a three, not because it wasn't fast or bad customer service, both were good. I'm giving a three because I bought... a big crunch Sandwich and looking under the bun was a little scary, the lettuce which was minimal and looked rather old, verybrown around the edges, yuck, definitely not fresh at all, also the mayo on it was not much at all , so I scraped all that offand put my own mayo and lettuce on! For a $7+ sandwich I'd hope quality control would be better! ???? Read more
