Impressed with the customer service! We had an abysmal experience here after going through drive thru, barely any toppings I... literally had 1 olive, half a tomato and 4 shreds of lettuce, Tzatiki was smaller than a time. We complained by email and Cathywas very grateful we altered her and said she would train staff better. I ordered through Mobile app and picked up through drive thru. It was nuggets poutine meal. Poutine was fresh and hot.... Unfortunately I got couple of small very portions of nuggets and not fresh.I went back and showed it, got replacement withcorrect size of nuggets and he added apple pie too. Have always been a fan of Harvey's. First visit back since Covid. I ordered an original burger and decided to try Frings. The... burger was okay. The lettuce was starting to brown. I was disappointed at first bite with less than fresh lettuce making theburger almost tasteless. The Frings were horrible! I mean horrible!! The fries were mushy and undercooked. The onion rings notmuch better. I ate the burger, dumped the Frings into compost bin and headed on my way. I would have spoken with the manager,but I was pressed for time. Not sure I can bring myself to go back. So disappointed since Harvey's was great in the past. Storewas clean and staff was friendly thus 2 stars instead of 1. Read more
