Its old world charm. There is no parking lot. Just on street parking. So it took some time to find a parking spot The food was... OK, i ordered fish and chips and substituted potato hash instead. My cousins had french fries and pastrami sandwiches. Theywere OK. I would like to go back again to try another dish. There is an ATM on site as they only take cash. Read more

Hali deli is a nice little Jewish Deli on Agricola street . I made an attempt to go previously but it was closed in the middle... of the day . Be aware this place does close pretty early in the day , so check the hours ahead of time . I had the Reubensandwich with potato salad . The potato salad was really really good & the sandwich was tasty . I found it a bit pricy for whati got , I had to purchase two bottles of water as you are not given any tap water or anything . I'm not big on plastic bottlesof water . This place is cash only , I didn't know that and had to use the ATM , also a few dollars extra . So don't forget tobring cash . Overall it was all good , I just wish I could have a glass of water , without an extra charge . The food tastedgreat . The waitress was friendly . I would return . Read more

This is a wonderful Jewish deli. The food is amazingly delicious and the people are great. The smoked meat, salami, and corned... beef we're all perfect. My daughter got the lox platter and it was wonderful. We'll be back next time we're in Halifax! Read more
