This is a wonderful fast food restaurant. There is wide and tidy dining environment. The waiters here are nice and polite. I saw... the staff let the ice cream cup point down but it didn't fall out. It's a satisfying experience for me to eat my supper here. Read more

The lady (customer representative)took my order in front was really hesitant to take my order . No greeting and no smiling... that?s only when there is inspection. I showed her a coupon for my meal and asked for a dipped cone ( asked for differentflavours but she said only have vanilla).she didn?t like my order probably because I had a coupon and if they don?t like to givethe coupon meals away then why are they giving away coupons.she was unhygienic as well. She touched the till for taking my orderand then her uniform and give food to another customer to the table and then she gave me my food by touching inside of it. Nohand washing or hand sanitizing in between customers or between food and till after taking the order. I had to ask twice forketchup and cutlery when she brought the food for me. When I tried to get a cup holder for my drinks , she said don?t touch itand someone ( another employee) standing next to her will hand it to me. And also gave me normal ice cream cone instead ofdipped cone.I would never wanted this lady to take my order again.it was a really disappointing and disgraceful experience. Read more

just went here for my lunch at work, got a 4 piece honey bbq strip meal. got back opened up my food and my fries were fresh but... my chicken was cold (as if it sat there for 15-20 mins no heat). pretty disappointed i paid $13 for a small thing of fries,inedible chicken and a pop? lol thanks dq Read more
