The parking lot is designed so poorly that when the service is slow (pretty often) the traffic blocks the road on Rt. 106, the... major street through the town. This should not be allowed since it is a huge hazard. They should close the entrance on 106 anduse the entrance closer to stop and shop to mitigate the traffic. Read more

Visited this location on Sunday. Couldn't go inside as they didn't have help. I understand that as I also work with the... public. However, it does not give the right for the manager to treat customers badly. I spent $50 on two dozen donuts and abox of Joe. We asked for cups, cream, and sweetener at the time of ordering. When we got the window there was no cups, cream,and sweetener. I asked for cups, cream, and sweetener a second time as well as for the receipt. The manager came to the windowwith the two dozen donuts and I asked for them to be put into a bag (we were on a motorcycle...common sense and customer servicedidn't come into play). He threw the donuts on the counter and told us to pull up front. When he came out with the donuts aswell as the cups, creamer, and sweeteners I tried to talk to him about the way we were treated. He kept speaking over me andblaming the lack of employees on his behavior. As someone who works with the public and feel the pain of the lack of employeeswilling to work I completely understand his frustration, BUT that does not give him the right to be rude and throw a portion ofmy $50 purchase during his rage! BTW after his continued temper tantrums I had to walk back to the drive up to get my receipt. I left extremely frustrated and felt concerned for the young lady working at the window having to deal with such a rude and outof control manager. Read more
The employee did a great job! Sadly my coffee tasted burnt and the donut was stale. On top of all that it was supposed to be a... free coffee with a purchase and that didn't work either. The employee tried on her side and I tried with the app. The Dunkin'donuts app ended up charging me for the free coffee. The employee didn't know how to take it off so I got ripped off too. Read more
