I never have any problem at this place. The food is good for what it is, they always get the order right, and the service is... always fast. I don't know what the clifton park location is doing because I rather drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to thislocation. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. The Wendy's in Halfmoon (Store #2027) is absolutely disgusting! I should have thought about... ordering food from there carefully after observing the abysmal parking lot (pitted and rutted) and the beat up exterior. Themenu board indicated they were out of several items but I ordered a meal with a free frosty. The woman behind the counter wasunpleasant and unkempt plus she was seeing and coughing!! My burger was cold, the fries were over salted and the soda waswatery. I basically threw the entire tray in the trash, bye-bye $10.80. The franchisee should be ashamed of this location. Horrible, terrible, old, decrepit and gross. Should have turned around when I noticed the missing piece of exterior siding but... it was on our route running errands. Burger was not hot, the coke was watery and unappealing ( it was like 90 out but I tossedit out) one of our frostys was pretty liquidity. The woman at the counter was coughing, sneezing and no mask. Would avoid thisplace like COVID. Rather drove out of my way to get a frosty than go here. Wound up wasting $20 on food that wasn't eaten. Read more
The food was fine enough for any Wendy?s but for whatever reason you can?t use their loyalty app in the drive thru. Been an... issue for over a month so probably a problem with the manager. Be forewarned. Read more
Only the drive thru was open. There was a long line. We. Ordered a chicken sandwich but didn't get it, even though we were... charged for it. We ordered salad and we're told there was none. They should note what they are out of. We ordered bakedpotatoes, which we got, but we're not given knives. How can you eat a baked potato without a knife? The potatoes were barelywarm couldn't really melt the butter, and they were undercooked. The burgers were barely warm. Will not go back to this placeagain. Very disappointed in Wendy's. Read more
Was at Wendy's tonight and ordered 2 Spicy chicken sandwich combo meals and asked for FRESH HOT FRIES. Not only didn't I get the... fresh hot fries but the came barely warm and had so much salt they were inedible. They couldn't even get the sandwiches right.One was fine but cold the other had bbq sauce, onion straws and some kind of cheese sauce also. Was totally unable to eat it.The guy taking the order must truly hate his job from the attitude he has and for how bad this order was screwed up. They shouldbe ashamed of themselves for sending this type of product out let alone charge what the do. Read more
