This place has gone downhill and I don't understand why. Went here the other day and watched these people get this random guys... order wrong three different times. They made his sandwich too cold every single time. When ordering I had to tell the womenthat was putting in my order that I wanted "3" chicken fries not 1 since they didn't want to listen. Some of the Chicken frieswere also very very hard. Besides that, I have no issue. This place though would never get me or my families order wrong often,now I'm watching them get other people's orders horribly wrong and mine nearly wrong. Read more
Came here after a concert at SPAC, they were one of the only places open, we weren't in line very long, looked like only two... guys working, but our food came out fast and it was all hot, great job guys. Read more

Came through the drive through at 11:55. All smiling faces, food was warm fast and all correct. Logan at the window was great
Everything I ordered was made correct. The onion rings were so hot I couldn't eat them right away. The double cheeseburgers had... extra, extra pickles on them like I wanted and the cheese was still melting on the burger. Everything was hot and fresh it wasdelicious. If I could I'd give him 10 Stars. The only bad thing is I never received my receipt to collect my points. So, Icalled and the manager and she looked me up ( Lanisha ). She was very friendly, polite and helpful. It was a lot better than thelast two times that I ordered from there. The burgers were wrong and the diet coke did not taste right. One of my favorite Burger King's to go to. They always have gotten my order right and the drive thru is always fast.
