Horrible service. It took us 15 mins to be seated which was great except it took forever for our server to get to us. We were... only three people and at the same time a party of five that also walked in was seated at the same time but got served fast. Bythe time our server finally came to take our order the other party was gone. It took ONE HOUR just for our food to come out andour order was mostly just pancakes and some sides. When the food came out they also messed up my order and it had to be remadebut when it came out the eggs were watery and tasted like straight butter. It took us only 10 mins to eat then had to askanother server to grab our server so we can get our checks and leave. Absolutely horrible service our server only came to ourtable a total of 4 times throughout our whole meal but visited all other tables. Our experience didn't even deserve a 1 star! At 6:00 PM, and less than 6 tables occupied, it took over 1 hour to get our food,... which was cold then another 10 minutes just for plastic utensils, and 7 minutes for the syrup. I requested extra crispyhashbrowns, they were soft and cold. Our waitress was absolutely God awful!!! We had to go search for her. She was seated at aback table chatting with others employees. Our waitress was Mahogony. IHOP store # 3535 Inv./chk. 5488 Date. 11/5/22. 16:30 Billfor breakfast. $52.78 We will be contacting headquarters hoping to get some sort of satisfaction, since clearly, our foodsucks!!! It?s is very dirty and the service is poor. Im very disappointed that I had to come to this location. After being seated it took... at least 6 min for a server to come and take the drink order and it was not crowded at the time I went. I will never patronizethis location again. Read more
CLEAN QUITE & COMFY!! Tai Bria opened the door for me seeing I was alone with a toddler and stroller. I was pleasantly... surprised when she was also our server and take out server. Even with many hats she gave excellent fast and pleasant service. She even settled an unhappy table near us and didn?t skip a beat. The entrance was a bit far from the parking area but I won?tfault the establishment for that. The food was delicious, hot, and great portions. The overall cleanliness I would give a 4/5star because the entry and bathrooms needed a little attention but overall nice. This place has a modern up to date feel withgreat service and good food. The service was extremely slow. There were only 3 other tables with patrons and our food still took about 45 min to come out.... Our waitress took our order then apparently left the restaurant, she came back and delivered our food then left again. We sawher coming back as we were walking to our car. Someone else gave us our check. No one ever checked on us after we got ourinitial drinks or after the food was brought out.The food was good though. Read more
We were finishing up our Christmas vacation and found this IHOP. So glad we did. Our food was amazing and after a slight major... mixup on our order not only did our server come out to apologize so did the Chef. Our hostess Miss. Iyesha was so verywelcoming and helpful to us as well as her teammates to give us a top notch customer service experience. Thank you to Chef Deonand Miss. We came here at about 11 PM and had very friendly service and great food. I was so impressed by the flavor and deliciousness of... the food. I had not been in IHOP in many years, but I can tell they have simplified their menu and have a more diner style vibenow. It was a perfect place for a late night dinner. Read more
