Twice now they?ve messed up a simple bagel order. My husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, but instead they... gave him a plain bagel with cream cheese??? They?ve done this twice! How hard is it to get a bagel right? Especially when youpay more for the sandwich. Read more
There is no dine in option, but there is a walk up window where you can pick up things you ordered on the app or order right... then and there. If you don't order ahead there is no menu for you to look at so you have to either know the menu or they cantell you what options there are. The staff are not native speakers, but they are trying their best. My food and drink camepretty quickly. I would have given it 5 stars but took one away for the lack of menu at the walk up window and because when Icomplained about that she kept telling me to go look at the one in the drive thru. I really appreciate there being a walk upwindow because like many, I do not have a car so it is nice that they can offer business to pedestrians or those who don't wantto have their cars idle in the drive thru. It is a nice location that is close to the MARC station so you can get over thereand back in about 10-15 minutes during the long wait for your train. Read more
Went and ordered a frozen caramel and I asked them to add extra ice so it?s not watery. They didn?t. I said something to one of... the workers she said the drink was premade.They usually do it at the DD on maiden choice but we?re out of caramel. I?ve workedas a barista and You have to add ice. A frozen drink is supposed to be just that. If I wanted just a watery drink with ice in mycup I would?ve ordered a iced caramel coffe. People act like your not paying for a service nowadays and it?s charity. Iwould?ve never let a customer walk away like that but everyone doesn?t have customer service skills and it seems as if these arethe main ones applying & getting hired at cs jobs. I?ve recently payed a visit with me and my friends around 7, The two workers gave me a sluggish attitude, I asked for three... glazed donuts, and when I received them they were absolutely disgusting. It felt as your workers spit on my food. I?m beyonddisgusted, and will never come here again, also, before going inside your establishment I went through the drive through, but tomy surprise, no one came on to ask me my order it seems they just didn?t care about their job, shortly after waiting 5 minutesI decide to go on in, and thats when those events listed occurred. The most consistent DD around. Much better than the Wilkens Ave or Rt 1 spots. Small lot, otherwise it's good to go. Employees... are always super nice to me and my family. If they're not nice to you, ask yourself why.... Read more

I have been going to this Dunkin? Donuts since they opened. Their quality is not consistent and it is getting worse. They forget... syrups when any cream cold brew is ordered. Their iced coffee looks like tea, not coffee?I mean light brown and see through.Their doughnuts are getting laughably small. They are clearly cutting corners for profit and I am considering no longer going tothe location. Today their line backed up on to the street while I waited an obscenely long time for egg bites. Staff needs to betrained better and when a costumer orders coffee it should look like coffee, not iced tea with cold foam and no flavor(pumpkincream cold brew). Read more
