My go to Chinese restaurant. Delivery is fast and the delivery people are friendly and courteous. You can pay with your debit or... credit card when the delivery person arrives they have a swiper for it. Very professional staff and good food. Consistentlyprepared the same way with the same taste I haven?t had any hot or miss experiences here. This is a clean place and they run agood business. I highly recommend this place. Read more

It's very good service for delivery .. and yummy food
We?ve been eating from here since they opened. At the beginning the food quality was excellent, while service left much to be... desired. Now, the food matches the lackluster customer service. The delivery driver beeped his horn rather than ringing thedoorbell, waking up my neighbors at nighttime. He was very rude to me when I asked him not to beep his horn in quietneighborhoods. The food itself was downright horrible. I ordered general tso chicken, but there was no sauce in the platter oron my chicken. There was one piece of broccoli. And my rice was stale. My sister?s dim sum was not accompanied with the sauce weshould have received. When I called to ask for sauce, the person on the other end?s demeanor was that of I must not have checkedthe bag or I?m bothering them by complaining. I was told the driver would come back with the sauce, but nothing arrived. This isone of several bad experiences in the past few years. Saturday night, working at the local hospital. We order from here regularly, nurses, doctors, therapist everyone. At night the... order has to come through the ER. They know this, as stated we order from them all the time. Hospital security knows this... weordered a bunch of food tonight. We never received it. When called Belmont was less than helpful. They said the driver calledand we didn?t answer. As stated we have been ordering from here for years. Our number hasn?t changed. We are in the big hospitalright up the street. They said that we are not getting our food. No effort to make it right. Rude girl on the phone. I willnever order from them again. And after word spreads I doubt anyone else from here will either. I ordered a $28 quantity of food I had to wait like 15 minutes which is probably average.... But I asked for you pork fried rice... to be extra fried and when I got was a yellow rice to look like Hispanic yellow rice! When I called to complain about the lackof the rights being extra fried I was told to bring it back so I can waste more time to get it done correctly. I'm not going tosay that this is a bad place to eat but make sure you get how you want your food cooked. I have included two photos of the exactYELLOW rice that I was given. Oh my FNG! I went to eat the rice just now and it is cold like out of the refrigerator! Itdoesn't even seem like they stir fry the rice before giving it to me.
