What a disappointment visiting the Zaxby's at this location. Normally they are excellent but not here. Staff seemed too busy... to attend to customers in line, got my order wrong and when I finally received it, the bun had been squashed flat and was soggy. Last night while we were eating dinner they turned out the lights in the dining room because apparently it was closing time! We... literally sat in the dark for about five minutes until the manager turned the lights back on! Never before in my life had Iexperienced such rudeness and inconsiderate behavior from a restaurant! There was another very large party eating as well as uswith elderly people. If someone had fallen due to them turning the lights out Zaxby's would be looking at a big lawsuit. When weexited the store I mentioned to who I suppose was the manager, how rude it was to do this to their customers. He told me the"lights were on a timer" and that was why he turned them back on. I'm pretty sure he was lying as even though the restaurantcloses they still need to clean it. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We ordered five meals as dine-in, and it took five trips to the... counter and 45 minutes before we got our food, only to find out that we didn't get two of the meals. When i went back up to getthe rest of our food, the staff began arguing with each other about who was at fault. Not once did they apologize for the wait.They continued to argue. Most of the staff in the back appeared to be playing around the entire time. It was a terribleexperience. Read more

Ms. Harmony at the drive thru at 1:00 today had the nastiest attitude. She was rude, cut me off while talking several times, and... then lied when I pulled up to the window to ask her a question. She got upset afterwards because I check my bag before pullingoff at the window because every time, they leave my egg or cucumbers off of my Cobb salad. Guess what, no eggs. She asked forthe bag back and they put half egg in 1 and the other half on my second salad. Customer service skills needs a lot of training. Read more

This fast food is way better than KFC I personally think! My kids chose this one over any other! The chicken is cooked to... perfection and they always get your order correct! Great job Zaxbys!!!! Read more

The customer service needs to improve a lot! The food was great, but the cashier had a ton of attitude. I had to wait a solid 10... minutes at the counter to even be noticed by them. It looks like all their focus is on the drive thru, probably due to companypolicy timing them up, however, hurting badly the customers that actually go to the dine in. Read more

Today I went and ordered the wings and things platter and told them I wanted bone in chicken wings, guess what? The wings are... BONELESS!!! not what I wanted! Then they charged me a Quarter for an zaxby sauce packet. Also got a kid's buffalo chickenfingers which is extremely salty!! They need to get their act together because unfortunately, I live far and can't return thefood. Otherwise I would have gone back and have them fill my order as I ordered it!!!
