Great place to eat I drive about 50min from Clermont to get to them(well worth it) Food is great the staff are super friendly,... the nature of my work force me to eat take out but Ticas Cuisine doesn't feel or taste like take out food. Griot was really good!Was disappointed they didn?t have the Black rice or traditional red beans and rice.The rice I did get... wasn?t that good at all.It has all the spices/seasonings of traditional Haitian rice but it just didn?t land for me.I?m not surewhat rice it was.Never came across it from a Haitian place before.This was my first time getting food here.IF I decide to goback,I?ll call first to see if they have Black rice.A bit pricey too.
