I honestly have nothing positive to say about the BK on Hwy 27. I spent 40 min in the drivethrough this evening!! That was... unacceptable. Furthermore my 2 granddaugters and I witnessed a literal blowup between 2 employees and a customer on July 3rd.The 2 employees curses the customer out because she wanted her table wiped. There were several kids aside from mine in therestuarant at the time and the shouting match went on for several minutes. Shame on the them!!???? Probably the worst service I have had at a fast food restaurant. From the time I pulled into the drive thru line until I... received my order; it took 27 minutes. I would have left the line but I was boxed in and had to wait so I ordered and receivedmy food. I was told via the speaker that Burger King is short handed. I told the lady, I just want to order. How is being shorthanded, my fault. I work just everyone else. I am only coming to the fast food restaurant to buy food. The staff is rude,when asked any questions. They do not wear nametags from leadership down to the cashier associate. Leadership didn't want toacknowledge she was leadership when I wanted to express my concern for how long I was waiting at her Fast Food location. Howare the wait times effective? I asked for compensation since I waiting in line for 27 minutes but the girl who was in chargedidn't want to come to the window. Also, I asked for a comment card, the cashier told me that she didn't have any and that shedidn't have a name when I asked where her name tag is because I wanted to write a comment to the franchise owner. She told methe store is a corporate store. I asked for the web link and phone number, but no one wanted to provide them to me. Idefinitely will not being visiting this burger king again. If workers want more money...show up for work and work. There was aneedy family just outside the restaurant with two healthy young teenagers asking for handouts. If you are so short staffed,solicit job opportunities for the family and possibly provide them food. Looking for the corporate number so I can call andvoice my concerns. Read more

Very slow!!!! 4 days 10 minute wait at speaker each try no answer on speaker. Drive by window and the couple employees you can see are leaned... on counter doing nothing. I guess they still get payed, it won?t be from me though. Read more
