My salmon was cooked to perfection. Hands down the best preparation of fish I?ve had in Alaska. They also kindly provided us... with a fish free version of the salmon bowl for the vegetarian in our party. The desert (a shortbread cookie) was full ofunexpected flavors and sublime! This was the perfect meal for our last night in Haines. Read more
