We will never come here again. We were appalled at how we were treated by a bunch of smart mouth punks. I ordered my meal and my... wife ordered 3 different things they were out of at 5:30 dinner time. They removed us from the restaurant for bad body language.I could not believe this. Thank god the next day we went to Boise and had a nice dinner with our daughter and granddaughter. Ithink your employees are mad because they work hard and can?t make a living anymore in Hailey anymore. I don?t know why anyonewould be so mad. I am a Navy vet and a business owner of 28 years in Hailey. We will never step foot in your establishmentagain. I will buy an Atkinson?s steak and cook it myself before I even think about eating at your establishment. You insulted meand my wife and we will never put up with your classless young employees again. I had to give you one star or I could not postthis. You do not even deserve one star. Casual BBQ joint with indoor and outdoor seating available. We both had the burnt ends and my husband also ordered the ribs. We... thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Staff was friendly and food service was quick. Variety of drinks - both alcoholic and nonalcoholic available. Small selection of desserts if you have room (we didn't). Mediocre at best. The meats were dry and rather flavorless. The cucumber salad was ok, the coleslaw was terrible, the cowboy... beans are too salty and flavorless, and the cornbread is dry, too sweet, and has an odd taste. The tiny container of sauce wasok. Not good if you want great BBQ, I had the Carolina BBQ sandwich, the white bread should have been a hoagie roll, it was soggy.... Not very good choice, the Cole slaw was dry, no flavor to the pork, no spice. Corn bread was rock hard, no salt, dry as well.Tasted like it was made last week. Best thing was the diet coke. Sorry. This review is based strictly on service and not on their food, which we didn't get to try. We arrived at 7:15 on a weekday... evening for dinner. Out of all of their advertised menu items, they only had turkey left. My main issue here is that the kidsbehind the counter welcomed us and let us get about 30--45 seconds into placing our order before they thought to mention thefact that they were out of, well, basically everything. Multiple mask signs on the front door stating they wont serve you if you're not wearing a mask. Walked in without one and... nothing happened. There were 3 staff. Two with masks below their noses and 1 with it below her chin. So what the point? Asfor the food....Turkey was good, Brisket was dry and the pulled pork was even more dry. Corn bread was pretty good, beans wereok and the coleslaw was pretty decent. Get over the whole mask BS! They are pointless and you look like clowns with all yoursigns but staff cant even wear them properly. Read more

There?s room for improvement in every area regarding the food. We ordered a 2 meat combo with sausage, brisket, cowboy beans,... and cucumber salad to go. Brisket was dry and the caramelization was too hard. Sausage was dry and not super tasty. BBQ saucewas odd. Cowboy beans were pretty good but a little dry as well. Cucumber salad was pretty solid. For context, I?m from thesouth and have had some of the best BBQ in the world many times- especially recently. But, Idaho seems to have a lot to learnwhen it comes to cooking meat! Read more
