Great beer. Ok service
Decided to try a place we haven't been yet. Came to the Sawtooth brewery. Atmosphere was ok. We ordered our food (1 salad, 1... nacho, 1 spicy dog) simple order. After an hour we still hadn't gotten our food. The family that came in 30 min after us gottheir food. Our table was never checked on in the entire hour we were there. Great brewery! We went there two nights in a row. We took flights, all was very good! Including the raspberry cider. They also... have yummy food, I loved the mac and cheese grilled cheese! Welcoming and helpful staff. They also have live music occasionally. Read more
I've given this brewery a number of tries, having never been impressed. Yesterday was the last thy, however. We placed our food... order and got our beers without issue. It took over 50 minutes to get our food order -- so long we started keeping track of thetime. We ordered nachos to share. The place wasn't busy. The $20 nachos were not impressive in presentation, taste, or quantity.My bar was low, but yikes. I really wanted this place to meet a very low bar of service and quality -- I mean you order and payat the bar; my standards can't be that high. After an underwhelming, mediocre experience eating in Ketchum, this was a welcome relief! Food was quick, tasty and hot. Beer... was superb! Picked up some swag on the way out, as well. Stafff was very helpful and provided great tips when we got some beerfor the road. Will definitely be returning here on our next trip to the Sawtooths!! Read more
Friday night "fish and chips" were excellent.. 3 pieces for $18.00.. we even ate the breading. Beer was also tasty. The only... downside was a table of valley teachers discussing professional issues as if they were the only patrons in the place.
