The food is always good.. but the experience isn't. I've been many times and there's always something off. This last time they... didn't have proper change in the till to give me $6 back and I wasn't offered any solution, just an act of confusion until Igave up. First restaurant experience in Hailey, and overall it was pretty good! Fast service, which was great! Got our food within 5... minutes of ordering. The staff were extremely accommodating. Had a request after receiving my food and they assisted me rightaway. My husband remarked that his breakfast burrito was a little on the plain side, definitely needed the salsa for addedflavor. I ordered the R&B steak salad, which was a tad underwhelming. The steak was chewy and difficult to eat. I also had acouple bites that were painful to bite down on; uncooked black bean or gristle. Always been great food at the other locations so we checked this one out. Long line (ok) but 9 bucks for some fish nuggets and... cabbage with a little sauce is not impressive. Too dry and small. The others with me got burritos and enjoyed them - really bigeven though they ordered the small. The chips used to be homemade it seemed. Now they are stale out of a bag I'm guessing. Salsawas good and they have a chips/salsa bar so that is unique. Love the atmosphere though and outdoor dining is plentiful. KB's has slipped a little. Probably due to staffing shortages that everyone is experiencing. The salsa bar and veggies weren't... as fresh our last visit, but it's still good, quick Tex Mex at a fair price. Read more
