Absolutely wonderful gem in the center of Hailey! This is my go to spot for a going out lunch. The staff are incredibly kind,... and talented! I noticed right away how the owners make an effort to know and remember your name. The food is just outstanding?crafted with fresh, local ingredients combined with familiar but interesting flavor profiles. They have many many optionsincluding breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, there are delish take aways for those wanting a nutritious meal in a pinch.The lasagna is *chef?s kiss! I have grabbed things from their market to make a cute gift basket of local treats for family backhome, and their granola is SPOT ON! I really could go on and on and on! Go to Della! Delicious breakfast sandwiches - their english muffins are the best I?ve had. Also, appreciated the pre-packaged healthy food... take away options for hiking and traveling. Incredibly friendly and welcoming ladies run this place right. Atmosphere isrelaxing, spacious and clean- nice place to sit and enjoy your food and appreciate being in a beautiful spot of thecountry. Stopped in today for and early lunch. I was impressed. Good service, nice decor, lots of light. I tried their crushed avocado... sandwich. It was very tasty and was served with a tasty cucumber salad. I had a cappuccino that was good albeit not as hot as Iwould like. Excusable for recent opening. I will return. Read more
