Absolutely wonderful gem in the center of Hailey! This is my go to spot for a going out lunch. The staff are incredibly kind,... and talented! I noticed right away how the owners make an effort to know and remember your name. The food is just outstanding?crafted with fresh, local ingredients combined with familiar but interesting flavor profiles. They have many many optionsincluding breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, there are delish take aways for those wanting a nutritious meal in a pinch.The lasagna is *chef?s kiss! I have grabbed things from their market to make a cute gift basket of local treats for family backhome, and their granola is SPOT ON! I really could go on and on and on! Go to Della!
