If I could give this place a zero, I would. First time trying this place. The pizza was horrible. Ordered a veggie pizza that... had hardly any veggies or cheese. It was all dough. Frankly, frozen Digiorno is way better. Wings..terrible. They use subpar frozen wings that was cooked in OLD oil. Mozzarella sticks were not restaurant quality. They probably bought from Sam'sClub and they are serving them there. Food sub par, prices ridiculous. Will not return. Will go to Slices next time. Read more
This was our first visit, we will not go back. We ordered 2 pizzas & cheese bread, 1tea &1glass of water. Server brought us... salad plates and told us salad bar was included. Pizza came,very disappointing. Have never gotten pizzas with so littletoppings, BARELY any cheese or vegetables. Spoke with shift manager, she said she had a new pizza maker & agreed there were notenough toppings .Paid at counter as we were never given our bill, should have read that receipt before leaving!! We were charged$7.75x2 for salads we were told were included with our pizzas, $2.15 x2 for a tea & glass of water, all total we were charged$49.09, after shift manager gave an $11.00 discount for the worst service & pizzas we have ever gotten. Check your receipt. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Seriously. My family and I went here a while back. We ordered a pizza and drink special.... Got home and I looked at my receipt and noticed that we were charged about $25 MORE than we should have been. Called the managerand there was nothing that could be done because there was no way to prove what we ordered. Ok, understood. Mistakes happen andI should have looked at it before I left. Wen't back again and asked for the special. Ordered that. When I got the receipt, Inoticed a big difference between what I was billed and what I was quoted as the special. Was it a mistake? Maybe. But it seemsto be one that gets repeated. So check your receipt and pay attention to what you order vs what you are billed for. Read more
Family spent over $70 on food that could not be eaten and ended up sick, throwing up all night. Called and spoke with woman... manager, careless attitude, blaming it on everything but their food. Would not suggest ordering from this business. They couldhave made it right but instead , received attitude. Read more
I don't know if it's just the times, but product has really gone down hill. First don't serve sauce that was supposed to be... tossed out 6 days ago. And the xlarge pizza has shrunk apparently? They are taking a medium and cutting the slices in half tocall it an extra large. No man let's just call it what it is. And the Pizza itself was rubber so much cheese yuck. With productslike this not sure I will be ordering again. Staff I will say is always friendly just wish the product was as top notch as theservice. In response to you the owner, I know the date is when it's poured but go ahead and taste it. Expired. And if it'syour job to belittle your customers to begin with who really needs to support you? You may not serve a medium but the pizza wegot was definitely a medium size cut up into smaller sizes. Definitely not an xlarge pizza. Great place for some good pizza. New location is much nicer and the staff took our order just before closing with no issues. ... The ladies were more than happy to make a couple pies for us. What are you waiting for? Go to Down Home Pizza. Had someCalzones and they were the best I've had in the South. Great recipe they are using. Excuse the pictures. Good pizza! Our local favorite. I recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch on thin crust. Also edited review. We order at least twice... a month (sometimes more) from Down Home and pizza and sides are always good! Not sure where some of the negative reviews arecoming from.
