I was the first customer of the day, shortly after opening. I ordered a sausage and egg on Flatbread with extra sausage and... cheese. Then as the employee was beginning to put the egg and sausage on, I asked if she could heat them up first, saying pleaseand thank you. The look this girl give me was one of total disgust. I mean, who wants cold egg and sausage, for breakfast? Sothen, after all 2 veggies and sauces were added, I politely asked to wrap the halves separately, as it's easier to eat as atruck driver. Everytime i come to this location the staff is in the back room. They have a door bell which is broken and you have to yell for... someone to come out of the back. This is the lady that has served me and refused to give me her name. Very very rude horriblecustomer service. Asked for Gkuten Free bread, yes they had it. However, when I went to a Subway in Renfrew, Ontario., they kept all the toppings... separately from the non gluten free ones. They asked me if I was Celiac or gluten intolerant. Not at the one in Hague. Resultingsandwich was mushy and tasteless...Steak and Cheese...Ranch dressing was bland. This subway used to be excellent till new owners took over. It seems as if they are ?cheaping? out, half the time they don?t... have soup passed 3:00pm and only one to pick from. I?d consider myself a regular there but that stops after today. I went in tograb a sub for myself and for my kids. All good, they started mine and I assumed they?ll start the other two next. Nope. Theworker started on the next person in lines sub, so I asked what about my kids subs? The worker said no, you no ask! We no have!Speaking poor poor English. So since there was 10 people in line behind me I decided to just drop it. NOT a good last experience. I was behind someone and they paid just as I got there the lady behind the counter didnt change her... gloves after HANDLING MONEY ewww! I ordered anyway for some reason they were very very chincy on the veggies and sauces and evenmeat. She grabbed my cookie with her money touched sub handled gloves. We were driving through Hague decided to stop in at Subway. We experienced the worst customer service ever. The girl working was... very unprofessional and rude. While taking our order she walked away from us in the middle of taking it and she walked to theback, when she came back we asked her to change her gloves before she continued making our sub.
