The worst service in any pizza place I have ever seen. Pizza was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:17. Was ready 45 minutes... late. Also screwed up the toppings. This was my second try. Unfortunately the other low star reviews appear warranted. We thought we would give them a try, despite the poor reviews. We... placed a large order for pizza and wings in the early afternoon, asking for 6pm delivery. The food did not arrive until 20minutes late. The order was missing 5 entire pizzas. Also, we had ordered two flavours of traditional wings - 22 count. Oneflavour had 16 wings only. The other had 21. I phoned the store to rectify the issue and the woman on the phone was quite rude.She was telling me they had given the right amount, but had just split them between two containers. If that were true, maybe thecontainers were left at the store with our other 5 pizzas, but certainly they were not delivered to us. The rep was very rude,basically accusing me of not counting correctly (two people counted the wings). She said ?well what do you want me to do aboutit?? and then seemed put out when I asked for the food we had already paid for. It?s not as though the delivery man didn?t needto come back. Over 60% of our order was entirely missing! I will not order again because of this. Had they been halfway sensibleabout their error, I would have been open to giving them another chance. The delivery man himself was quite pleasant andapologetic. Update: when the delivery man returned the second time, he only brought 3 out of the 5 outstanding pizzas. I wouldhave thought the store would make sure the rest of our order would have been checked before sending. It was still missing twopizzas. The delivery driver said he would go back the store. He eventually returned at 7:45 pm (our original delivery was placedat 2pm for a 6pm delivery) with the remaining 2 pizzas. They did send us the missing wings, plus many more wings to compensate.I appreciated the extra wings, but on the whole our experience was still very poor. Read more
As a huge fan of pizza hut I was very excited when i found out one had opened in hagersville. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and in... less than 15 minutes my order was ready for pickup. The pizza was well done with a perfect cheese to sauce ratio. The staff arealso very friendly and easy to talk to! I certainly will be coming back! Read more

I've ordered online for pickup from here several times and never had any issues. My orders are always ready on time and the... pizza itself was fine. I'm not sure why there have been so many bad reviews. I must be really lucky with my orders! Read more
