When bad weather cancelled our plans, Tilt saved the day. Littles were excited to give mini golf a try. Grown ups were excited... to learn they are rocking a 2 for 1 special. I confess to being skeptical as we walked back to what seemed a tiny space for thegolf. It was perfect. Way less cheesy than most of the other places we have been. The holes were physically spaced out enough itdidn't feel crowded despite several families already playing when we began. The holes were pleasantly challenging! A great wayto save rained out plans! My son and I visited from Owings Mills on his 15th Birthday. We drove over to get Rad Pies, but saw this was in the area and... decided to try it out. This place was alot bigger than we thought it would be. Basically comparable to Dave n Busters. I playedthe pin ball machines. The fact you can use your regular points to do everything it kinda gives it a slight edge on DnB becauseTilt doesn't make you buy separate things to do VR games. Read more
Disappointed my favorite games aren't working properly (DDR/Initial D). The staff are attentive and nice, helped me quickly when... I had cab issues. Hopefully can fix the games soon :( Read more
Took my great nephew and niece here today. Had so much fun laughing and playing games together. There were 3 machines that... didn't work when tried to play. I went and got 3 yes 3 different workers. They all were so nice, and very helpful. They smiledand apologized and even gave a few free plays. I wish I knew the names of the employees. Top notch customer service. Read more
False advertising (pic from poster in entry way) :( "We do all the work so you can enjoy the party!" - NOT TRUE! Found out the... day of that there was NO HOST (let alone "highly trained dedicated") for our son's birthday party despite receiving a callearlier in the week confirming party details including name of the host and her assistant. Constantly waiting in line andtracking down employees to open the party room door, place order for drinks/pizzas (already confirmed over the phone), confirmdetails of the play cards (every card seemed to display a different balance upon playing the first game - multiple questionsfrom other party guests we were unable to answer!), and finish paying the balance (girl on phone said to wait until party dayfor actual attendance; cards did not work until balance paid even though my card was already charged for the deposit over amonth prior - should have been told!). Very impersonal! Any other party we have attended (we don't often host), there was awhiteboard/chalkboard identifying the party guest's location. Even the employees opening the door, dropping off thepizza/drinks, cupcakes, party favors never bothered with a "happy birthday!" wish (just drop and run). When we went in at theend to make sure everyone had collected jackets, etc, we ended up having to clear the tables and clean up the trash for anemployee who came in with a cart for the next party :( We will likely attend Tilt Studios again as our kids like playing there,but I would NOT recommend a birthday party here!! Thankfully, our guests were awesome - a mom helped me see that the kids had agood time, another dad helped serve pizza and drinks and put on the paper wrist bands, and everyone was patient and kind as wenavigated the party details on our own. Been coming to this fun spot since they opened. My kids(when they were teens) did the laser tag and a host of the other video... games in here. It is a great spot for family?s to have fun. There is an area to order food. I haven?t ever eaten there, so. Ican?t speak on that. The staff has always been honest, friendly, and professional. Having fun visiting in Tilt Studio that we spend so much for the games and forget the time already the mall is closing.lol. We... got fries pillow as win prize in Whac a Mole games and enjoy playing bowling it was really fun. They have friendly and veryhelpful staff to ask around. We would love to go back in here again to play and feel nostalgic seeing old arcades games. Read more
Fun, games and beer. The beer part is true as long as you don't get a tap beer. The tap system apparently it's not set up... correctly so that when a beer is bored you get all foam. Make it easy and order a bottled beer it will save time for sure. Ihave never eaten the food there nor do I think I will so I will not comment on the food. Putt-Putt course is fun, the pinballgames are always fun and the bowling game is also fun just watch out for that foul line. Read more
