Great atmosphere, and staff. It felt like if Cracker Barrel opened a BBQ place without a store. However, I ordered quite a bit... unfortunately because I love bbq. The ?moist? cut of their brisket was the driest I think I?ve ever had. The sausage was overcooked and tough. It might have been left over from the day prior. The ribs were so wet, they had to have been boiled to reheatthem. The Mac-n-cheese was good. The potato salad looks promising but lacks in flavor. The best thing served today hands downwas the cornbread. So flavorful and perfectly moist, it gives grandma a run for her money. In summary, if you?re looking forgreat tasting BBQ, go somewhere else. Anywhere else in fact. But if you?re looking for disappointment and good corn bread tosnack on whilst sulking about your choice of eatery then head on over to Mission BBQ. 1 star for cornbread. 1 star for theTruck parked outside.
