This turned out to be a really good experience. For the amount of people who were present at this IHOP (during morning peak) we... were waiting to be seated and they got us in there faster than expected and we were not in a hurry. A 30 min wait turned into 15mins. The service was top notch, during the meal our server came back for coffee refills etc...never missed a beat, never had toask for anything, the server was on it. The food was great our group of four all agreed...now I don't usually do pancakes, butfor a change I tried some at the suggestion of our sever and i gotta say the cinna-bun pancakes are one serioustreat...[expletive] YUM!!! I had the fluffy French toast and my boyfriend had pumpkin pancakes it was delicious I also had the gingersnap hot chocolate it... was delectable every sip tasted like Christmas ???? Read more
Our waitress, Kyle was great. She was attentive and friendly. And as usual, the pancakes were good.
Was there right when they opened at 7. It was a spur of the moment decision and it was a good one. Wife got the chocolate chip... pancakes and I had the split decision breakfast cause I couldn't decide if I wanted French toast or pancakes. Coffee was great,food was on point. I live an hour away but I will definitely be making this the place I go to when I catch up with friends inthe area. Read more

My chicken strips for my chicken and waffles was cooked to long so they were dry and extra crispy. My Wife said the Christmas... pancakes and the mini funnel cake with strawberries and cream was a cute extra and the pancakes was also extra sweet with thelittle candies they added to the top. My Nanny got her favorite thing from the menu, the 2x2x2 pancakes sausage and eggs fromthe 55 and over menu. Read more
Has been years since I been here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food portions were very small for the price increases.
