Staff was great, they brewed fresh coffee for us, and the donuts were excellent.
We visit DD all the time. Only problem I ever have with THIS location is no one ever knows how to make a frozen duncacinno. I'm... not sure how to spell it. Hot chocolate and cappuccino. It DOES come hot or frozen but this location doesn't ever know how tomake for my daughter. Inside has always been very clean. Less than a year ago I would have given this location 0 stars. Servicewas horrible, new people were there every day, manager was cussing at employees with customers at drive thru...it is not thesame place anymore. Thank goodness! Waited in line endlessly 10/19/22 around 4:45pm while a manager was rude and yelled at a customer. No one bothers to wait on me... even tho the store was fully staffed. Customer came in manager got mean started yelling the customer was concerned because shesaid she watched a young girl getting bullied in the drive thru by several other employees and she was concerned. Instead ofpolitely listening the manager started yelling at the customer. If my employe wes being bullied I definitely would want to knowabout it and listen and gather information. This Duncan has got my order wrong more than 6x in the past year and they are oftenrude and argumentive I have been going to Starbucks instead was wanting a doughnut hoped it would be better this time it wasabsolutely frightening to see the manager verbally abusing a kind and concerned customer definitely won't be back. This place has done down hill with the orders. The staff does not want to listen and then want to rush you out. Typically it is... drive through, but still my order should not be messed up when I?m paying $12. Read more
The drive thru takes a long time, been here 15 mins and still have 2 cares ahead. Coffee beverages are usually good made to... order but don?t waste time in the drive thru. Read more
The family that owns the Dunkin donut franchise believes in making their own donuts and the results are obvious. These are the... best donuts for a Dunkin donuts anywhere in Maryland. They make them fresh every day. Most Dunkin donuts these days by them fromcorporate Frozen and then they bake them. These guys make their own donuts. The coffee's great also.
