Love this place. Only issue is with ordering ahead of time online or ordering delivery. I would strongly advise against it.... EVERY time we order extra steak, we are charged the the $5.20 for it but it NEVER has extra steak. Or extra anything. We had tostop ordering online and physically go in and order. When we order "extra" in person, we get extra. As far as cleanliness, it'susually so busy I can't tell. However, today it was not busy AT ALL. And there was food on the floor at so many tables. Wedecided to eat at home instead. Otherwise food is great, service is fast and friendly. So glad I don't have to drive to theother side of town anymore!! Read more
Every single table had food crumbs, smears of food and/or a sticky residue all over it. My husband had to get napkins and water... just to clear off a space for us to eat in the restaurant. The food tasted fine, but the general uncleanliness and lack ofattentiveness from the staff to the food and the space overall.. not great. In the employee?s defense, there were only twopeople working when we arrived, helping customers, making food, and stocking. Food was good like normal. Staff seemed to be a little bit unfriendly. They were very hard to hear when talking to you like they... were scared to talk, except for what seemed like the manager who was loud and a bit rude. Also that same person seemed like theythought they were the most important person there at everything they did. They made everyone wait on, move for, or get for them.One of the many examples was when I went to leave I wanted a fork. She was finishing cleaning the soda area. I went to steparound to get a fork, she seen me and rushed to beat me to the fork area to fix it up and made me stand and wait while she didit. She looked at me a fee tims and kept going. This location often makes mistakes. The most recent one today? My husband ordered a quesadilla, which was definitely not a... quesadilla (see picture). You can see on the label it's supposed to be a quesadilla, but I guess they just couldn't bebothered? Also, I asked for extra lettuce.... this is not extra lettuce. We won't be going back for some time. ---- Triedthem again today thinking maybe they improved. I cannot eat sour cream, did not order sour cream, and am still trying to workout a refund with corporate because calling the store sends me through an automated system and isn't an option to fix the issue. This is the third time I have been to this location. Every time I have been there, they seem under staffed. Today, I waited... twenty minutes for food and there were about 7-8 people in front of me. Nothing looked fresh except for the meat. Kitchen areawas filthy. There wasn?t one clean table in the place. The tea was empty. The Coca Cola line was empty. Did I mention this placewas filthy?
