I gave the cashier $6 out of the $6.66 that was due & I informed her I was going to my car for the .66 cent & I told her to... prepare the sandwich multiple times & not once did she say it was an issue. I came back in with the change & she still didn?twarm the sandwich yet as I am in a rush I asked was it bc of .66 cent ? She said yes !!!! Wow so why would you take my $6.00then if you weren?t already working on the meal ? I?m all for policies & rules but if that?s the case, say something & secondlydon?t take my money if you?re not gonna work on my meal, what was the point ? Read more

I rarely write public comments but was compelled to share my own experience at this Starbucks location given a few (unfair)... negative reviews that I saw posted here. I visit this Starbucks ?every? morning and ?every? morning I?m greeted by name withkind hellos from Missy and the other staff members. They do this despite their location sometimes seeing long morning lines. Mydrink is almost always correct - perfect taste, perfect temperature - and on the rogue occasion where I need my drink correcteda little (which happens at every Starbucks) the staff at this location always assists me without complication. Concerning someof the negative reviews: Starbucks isn?t your therapist. The employees who work here or at any Starbucks location work hard eachday - at a job that from all appearances? seems mighty difficult to do while maintaining 100% proper eye contact and a chipperenough disposition to satisfy the types of customers who are so desperate for unnecessary levels of validation that they?relooking for it at Starbucks. We should all have the same expectation for Starbucks. That we?re treated as important customersand that we receive a good product. By that measuring stick alone - this Starbucks location passes with flying colors! Read more

What is wrong with this picture this was my first cup the second cup they tried to fix it but they added whipped cream which I... didn't not want. I had to scoop it out with stirrer. I will never come back to this Starbucks. Read more

The Cherry Hill location is one of the best as far as I'm concerned. They always get my drink right and are friendly and... courteous. The only thing that keeps it from being five stars is the outrageous price that we keep paying. Read more

The customer service here was awful. I ordered egg bites and as I picked them up they fell out on the ground and the worker... watched me drop them and didn?t even offer to replace them. When I told her what had happened how she put the opening toward me,which when picked up would make it upside down, she was like well I folded it. Talking back to a customer, real good customerservice. Then I accidentally took the wrong drink not paying attention and when I confessed that I took the wrong drink, sherolled her eyes and threw the drink in the sink and didn?t say anything to me. I apologized to the customer and she was nicerthan the worker. Never going back here. Read more

This is a daily "must" for me! The entire staff is so friendly, calling me by name whenever I enter the store. It feels a lot... like "cheers" and it is an excellent way to start my day. Much love to Missi and the other incredible baristas who bust theirbutts on long shifts and still find time to say "hey, how are ya?" Read more

I came in, looked really clean, the staff seemed a little preoccupied at first. No big deal, it happens. I order my drink, the... guy taking my order asks me to repeat it twice each time he?s listening to other people. He finally gets my order right, and Iinsert my card and the machine isn?t working. I swipe instead of insert my card and the machine STILL isn?t working. The guybehind the counter laughs at me and looks at another coworker, points at me and laughs again. I know your job may not ask you tobe professional all the time, but have some BASIC human decency. It?s not that hard to say, ?I don?t think our machine isworking right now, sorry about that.? Professionalism in the work place should be taught better here. The employees laughing atcustomers should be unacceptable, no matter the situation. Read more
