I placed a mobile order a little before 9am for breakfast. I arrive at 9:15, and they can't find my order. I give all the... information (what we ordered, my name, order number, order time) to the associate, and she tries to grab my phone out of myhand. This is unacceptable. No Burger King. You can't have my phone. There is no reason for your associate to try to take myproperty out of my hand. Read more
A week ago they said they were out of onions. Yesterday they said the broiler is down and I can only buy chicken or fish. So... this Burger King has lots of problems. Both times I went next door to McDonald's to get my food. This Burger King has a nicedining room and interior design. Otherwise I'd give it a one star rating. Read more

Only been there 2 times, first time I went through the drive threw it took forever I was only 3 cars back. The second time I... went there I was in the drive threw at McDonald's for my husband I wanted Burger King, so I seen they had 4 cars in the drivethrew, so needless to say I go pulling in the drive threw area and noticed it was still the 4 car in the drive threw, so I waslike I'll just go inside, waited 15 minutes before I received my food it was unbelievably smoky inside and as I stood therewaiting on my food I got to watch the Manger freak out on one of his female employee right in front of the customers, I felt sobad for her. I wonder if he sleeps better at night or feels like a real man by disrespecting his employees in front of others..Rant over it was my last time going there. Read more
