After giving this establishment several chances I have finally reached the point where I'm saying they will never get another... dime from me again! You ask for toasted and nothing toasted, ordered one thing on the phone just to get there and they tell usthey didn't have it. Open up my wrapper just to see the cream cheese literally spilling out of the bagel. I love cream cheesebutomhecen that was top much cream cheese for me! It's a mess all over the place. I have been going to the Hackettstown store for a couple years now since moving. When I first heard scathing reviews of uncooked... food and terrible service from other members from the community I couldn?t relate, but now I can. The last time I walked in,with my infant and toddler in tow, I was made to wait for about 3-5 minutes by a young male employee as he ranted to alreadypaid customers about his pro abortion stance. Not only is this place not usually up to filling my order of a dozen cinnamonraisin bagels, now they are trying to subject my children inappropriate personal politics. To top it all off, in the order Icame home with was a bagel with a THUMBTACK in it. Could have gone down my kids? throat. No thanks, definitely would notrecommend. Read more
Stopped in today with my son for a bagel. Stood there (only one other person in line) for over 5 minutes before one of the 5... workers bothered to even acknowledge us. We ordered a plain toasted bagel with "a little bit of butter". I specifically said "alittle bit" twice. When we opened the bagel it was literally dripping with butter and was barely toasted at all. The service wasworthy of zero stars... the prep on the bagel also zero stars. The bagel itself was good (after we blotted off the pools ofbutter)... they should really concentrate on customer service and their listening skills. Not a good experience. Read more
