Drive-thru is missed managed and staff doesn't care about cars having to wait. 2 employees were arguing about their schedule and... the other lady was taking on her phone. I love Dunkin but I'll always remember the time I ordered a large iced mocha, light and sweet with two extra shots of espresso... and the teenagers who probably make close to 13 dollars an hour or something gave me a large cup with two shots of espresso andmilk. That's all. No ice, no coffee, no chocolate and no sugar. Just espresso- I'm assuming 2 shots- and straight up 2 percentmilk. I paid them for a large mocha with 2 extra shots and received a large cup of what tasted like coffee flavored 2%. It washorrible but I had my 3 year with me at the time to get donuts for people coming over and even though I knew there was no waythe caffeine from the espresso would be able to overcome being drowned by milk, I drank that entire thing because my son kepttelling me that I need to drink my milk to grow up big and strong. I would have been undermining myself for the next time I tellhim the same thing and that little monster of mine would turn that single faltering moment into a logically impossible argumentas to why he no longer needs vegetables. What can you say about the drive through at Dunkin? I can say there was a line of cars out to the street. I can also tell you... that the kid taking our order or the person making the coffees we ordered was NOT made correctly. There seems to be a patternwith almost every fast food drive-through post COVID. And that pattern is orders that are NOT being made correctly. My friendsand many family members have also had the same disappointing experience as me. I'm sure many of you reading this also haveexperienced receiving incorrect orders. Incompetence, ignorance, a lack of self-esteem, and training; commingled with theinexperienced young people who work as servers, cashiers, or drive- through order takers is enough for me to think twice beforeI go to any fast food provider again. Terrible... first gave me the wrong coffee, then the wrong sandwich, hash browns supposed to have 6, I got 1, and 1 smashed into... unedible peices.. I don't there was iced coffee in my coffee either, tasted like the syrup and oatmilk without coffee Read more
