Dalcourt?s is a hidden treasure! I stopped in a Sunday to pick up pastries for my husband?s birthday. There was a wonderful... selection and the staff couldn?t have been nicer or more helpful. Highly highly recommend this place for birthday cakes! We ordered a cake for our sons first birthday and they did an absolutely... incredible job! It was chocolate raspberry inside with vanilla buttercream frosting and our party guests were raving at howmoist and delicious tasting the cake was. They matched the picture that we sent them perfectly. I was also very impressed withtheir customer service- the owner called within a few minutes of me filling out the website contact form and had greatcommunication with me throughout the whole process. Dalcourt?s Desserts, with one week?s notice, in a huge pinch, created the most beautiful cookies for my daughter?s Easter themed... birthday party. Not only were they gorgeous, but they were also delicious! We just ordered cookies for my sister?s baby showerand I know they will be just as lovely. Went to the bakery yesterday had the most fantastic time!!! Desserts taste amazing they hold their freshness!! I gave Tres Leche... to my grandmother as a birthday present and she was in love and she is a very picky French baker herself. She gives it highmarks so that hold some water!! I can not say enough wonderful things about this business! I rarely leave reviews but from the moment I made contact with Justin... he and his staff went above and beyond to make my vision for my daughter?s first birthday come to life. They are all so friendlyand accommodating that I felt like I was doing business with friends. To date I have ordered a cake, custom cookies, cupcakes,brownies and a cheesecake from them and all were absolutely delicious. Their manager Katie is a true example of excellentcustomer service. If you are looking for beautiful and mouth watering desserts this is the place for you!
