I'm writing a 5-star review because of the excellent customer service I received from Jas. Even though it was almost closing... time, she seemed to have a lot of work to do. Jas was polite and patient when taking my order. She even offered to heat mypastry. I've been to plenty of Starbucks all around the country & no one ever offered to do that ???? It's surprising to findworkers today that would go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Please give this girl a raise!!! Read more

The most disgusting Starbucks I've ever stepped foot in. I ordered the sugar cookie ICED latte... I watched two baristas... interacting with each other and one asked "is this sugar cookie latte supposed to be hot?" The coworker replied "no" .. thebarista still handed me the hot latte even after her coworker telling her it's supposed to be iced. She wasn't thrilled when Iasked her to make me a new one. Very clean and modern looking Starbucks location. It?s attached to the Hackensack Hospital and can get pretty busy. There?s a... smallish parking lot that has a attendant but is free for customers. Staff here are friendly. My order ahead orders are usuallyready when I arrive. Due to COVID, there are only a few dine-in tables available. Read more
