This place reminded me why i dont do chain pizza places. On top of it, it said on the tracking system it said "order delivered"... - i got my order 40 mins after it was marked delivered.. are they cheating their own system? Food was terrible. Smh. Read more
the service is spotty, it used to be a lot friendlier. also the pizza is not always the same...depending on who makes the pizza... the amount of sauce and cheese can be different, or the pizza can also be slightly overcooked sometimes. all in all thislocation beats out the local dominos and pizza hit locations in the area. Ordered the bacon pizza advertised on tv. Delivery was prompt, taste good, but where was the bacon? There was NOT 5 strips worth... of bacon on the pizza. The ham was skimpy too. I?ll have to go in for order next time to make sure it looks as bacon and hamfilled as on the commercials.???? Read more
Delivery driver was very disrespectful. Complains to us in a very rude way that the intercom wasn't working. Although I'm pretty... sure it was because he just did not know how to use it. The intercom absolutely works. He showed zero professionalism. This isthe guy people see representing Papa Johns, specifically this store. I will order from another Papa Johns next time. I'm prettysure the franchise owner here is not going to like that they lost a customer. Read more
Have low expectations on chain pizza place to begin with but not recommending this particular store. Ordered online, got notice... order was ready and had to wait with nobody in the store. Once guy came out, explanation was that nobody orders pizza early(ordered around 11am for lunch) and basically got yelled at (for ordering early? I don't know.. At least guy could have comeout from the back and let me know ????) Not returning here. Read more
I usually love the taste of this pizza, but in the middle of a pandemic, why is it the last two times I went into this store,... ABSOLUTELY no one had on a mask!? I am a healthcare worker with a family, and ordering pizza after a long day to feed my family,I should feel comfortable that the basic precautions, especially during a pandemic are being upheld, and they weren?t. Iunderstand it may get hot back there, but I mean they didn?t even pretend to wear the mask. Not even the greeter had their maskon. This needs to be reported. Virtually beautiful presentation, crazy but many delicious dishes, the place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.
