They gave my table a re-used calamari order from someone else?s table and charged me $20 for it. I couldn?t believe it.... Overpriced for no reason, food is frozen and they just microwave it for you. Stay away. Read more

Quality of the Hookah wad great and most of the items we tried also tasted pretty good. They did charge us for the Ice Bucket... (BYOB). We did go on a weekday though and the place was not that crowded, so service wasn't too bad, but the guy who served usdid get some of our orders wrong and ours was just a table of 4 Read more

Nice hookah lounge with good food, had the koala burger it was great, very tasty. The Caesar salad was good, it even brought... some extra dressing. The hookah was nice and smooth, got the blue mist flavor, might go for mint next time!! Read more

Terrible customer service. I was served calamari without utensils and had to eat with my fingers. I ordered hummus and the pita... bread was burnt black. Very little regard for the experience of the customer, the hookah was decent but nobody comes to refillthe charcoal nor do they even hand you the hose when it arrives. I give this place a year at most Read more

Didn't have to go inside to want to give a -5 star review Walked to the front door and was told there was a $50 minimum per... person. We had a group of 5 meaning there was a $250 minimum for the group. For a place that does not serve alcohol what wouldwe buy for $50? I could buy an entire hookah for cheaper. Makes sense why there was no one inside, save yourself the time and gosomewhere else. Read more

Koala lounge is a great idea hookah and byob. I went in a Wednesday and it was very laid back. Unfortunately they didn?t have... sushi available that day. I had the platter for $20, calamari for $15, hookah for $35, and $10 for two soda cans. my billequaled to $99 and change. I?m assuming it was tax and maybe a gratuity added at the end. I also added $20 for the waitresscause she was amazing. She handled three full tables by herself. The hookah girl only put three coals which it didn?t smokewell. We waited for her for a few thankfully the waitress helped us out and added another coal which made it much better. Shebasically handled the whole restaurant herself. The ambiance is very cute. The food was not so well and seemed over priced forthe quality of it. I?ll update for the sushi maybe that?ll be different. One more thing added I liked that they have you hookahtips with the disposable hookah end you attached. Your able to tell because the plastic part is at the top for you to take off. Many places don?t do this. Read more
