Very disappointed. They need to pay attention to the orders and educate their staff. They mess up my order every time. my 6 old... niece was able to see what the instructions were. staff dont pay attention to the order details. Great options for both lunch and dinner. Good food and good coffee. Ordering system is a little weird, as it?s all online, but... they still bring the food to your table. It?s different, but I don?t mind it all too much. Great vegan and vegetarian options aswell. Read more
The max and cheese burger ?.???? the worst $23 I?ve ever spend in my life. This is exactly the way it comes with basically... NOTHING. $23 really ???? not worth it. Very greasy , no lettuce ,tomatoes or any kind of sauce, nothing. The taste was terrible!The so called ?Mac and cheese? taste like sweet plantains. The only thing that was ok was the meat. I threw the whole food away???? I even called to see if they can work something out with me and the chef basically blew me off. We?ve gotten food from Bite before and have never had any issues until today. We ordered two cobb salads for a 12:50 pm pickup... and had to wait until 1:24 pm to finally get the food. It seemed like things were busy so I was okay waiting. However, when wegot home and opened our salads, it was extremely upsetting and disappointing. My boyfriend?s salad had eggs with the membranestill on and there were eggshells in his salad. Additionally, for having paid $25.59 for two salads, the portions wereabsolutely unacceptable. We order from Bite religiously, especially the Shroom Shroom pizza. We have ordered at least 8 times, this very pizza. Last 2... orders for lunch we were disappointed to find that the size of the pizzas have become half the size and not because they did notroll it thin. In addition the truffle oil was also non existent on the 2 pizzas today. And the prices went up this week too! Uber eats was $16.00 for each pizza and look at what we got. We also ordered the warm salad Chickpea bowl today and that waswonderful so I am giving 3 stars. Read more
BREAKFAST IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Got a simple oatmeal and home fries and waited TWENTY MINUTES!. Then it was packaged... horribly so it spilled it my car. Came back for the same order and the oatmeal was runny and the home fries smell like slimJim?s!! ???????????????? I ordered it for my daughter and while there were cooking it she say mommy something smells bad. Thepoor girl is 3 years old. The picture speaks for itself. Save your money. First off, service is sub par. They have an electronic ordering system which is confusing and definitely irritated the older... women sitting next to us. Food is overpriced for the small portions. Food was not bad but underwhelming. The rose latte wasdefinitely the star of the show. Read more
