It was very nice. All the workers were super nice.. Enjoyed myself and enjoyed the food.
Ignored when I walked in, so I used the kiosk. At the kiosk, I could not add tomato to my sandwich so I chose to pay at... counter. The kiosk did not print out the receipt for the cashier. I went to the counter and still no one acknowledged me, eventhough they had taken and fulfilled an order from people that entered after me. Finally got someone's attention. They addedtomato to my order but when I got my sandwich it was the nasty unedible end pieces of the tomato with the stem. Had to have themreplace them. I never did get a receipt. Read more
Came on a Wednesday night to get a quick snack but ended up being anything but quick. This McDonald's is short staffed. We... waited to order at the counter but after a few minutes of being ignored by the employees we used the mobile ordering machine.While waiting for our order, there were 2 other customers that came in and waited over 5 mins to order at the counter. Our orderof a soft serve cone and french fries took 15 mins. Also seems liked McDonald's has downsized the soft serve ice cream as well.If you had a choice, I'd avoid McDonald's and go to In n Out. Walked in on a hot day and it was hotter inside then outside like a sauna. Most of the tables where dirty and had trash on them... I had to clean off my own table.service was slow waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Read more
Don't use the drive thru. It's two lanes that goes to one. Takes forever to get to the windows. They should have followed In and... Out Burger drive through for both sides. Read more
Came to grab breakfast on the curbside. Waited for the time, it says on the app which is 5 minutes. Waited for another 15... minutes and no one came out. Decided to go into the store to pick it up. The items on my receipt were missing and the milk I gotfor my kid is past due. The milk was good until August 31 2021. Read more
There is very little service. The counters are alway empty and even though you see workers at the drive thru windows (which is... less than 5 feet away) as well as in the back, they somehow manage to ignore your existence. There was a time someone in theback kitchen was shouting out to customer to use the kiosk to order. This chain location is obviously not well manage. Read more
First time at this location. Good customer service, but food was horrible and cold.
