Would never recommend going here, there's a small chance you might get an okay-ish order but it's definitely not worth the... time/money to take that chance. I've gotten three subs from here using the online ordering, the first one had barely anything init, it was 80% dry bread. Thought maybe I just picked a bad sub, so I gave it another try, second one had multiple hairs in withthe meat. The third was one someone else had bought and brought home, which ended up being so smothered in mayo and aioli saucethat it was inedible. I couldn't even pick up half the sub without it falling apart because of how soaked the bread was. On topof that, every sub that was ordered was supposed to be toasted with extra cheese, was charged for cheese and only got 1 sliceeach and no toasted. It also takes them 45 minutes to make one sub if you order it online, even during low traffic hours. Read more
Stopped many times over the years. Subs always made to order and bread is always fresh.
Would highly recommend not coming here for catering. Ordered two sub platters and two veggie platters for my son's birthday... party 24 hours in advanced. We were on our way to pick up our order and they canceled without any contact from the store. Triedcalling the store several times with no answer, just left the phone ringing. Called the ezcatering number and all they told mewas they were at capacity for the day and the store decided to cancel. They gave me a $50 credit towards another catering orderbut it's useless since I won't be using their catering services anymore. The store finally called me back and the guy said theticket came in after our pickup time so he just decided to canceled it, without contacting us before. We could've waited untilthe subs were ready since the time set was an hour prior to the party but instead we had to scramble to get food ready as theparty was getting set up. Dear Manager, Just left Subway because 1st, the cashier dropped half my Sandwich on the floor, picked it up and wrapped it. I... questioned that it was unacceptable then she showed me her bleeding finger. I said "you need to wrap that". That was enough! Icouldn't accept a dropped Sandwich with possibly her blood on it. The manager that works here treats the customers and employees very terrible. I rarely ever see her up on the line, but when I... do she has the worst attitude and will yell at her employees in front of the customers. It isn?t professional and my subs arealways smushed whenever she makes them. Read more
The employees are very nice but the manager seems to cause issues. I asked to have my sandwich a certain way and she refused to... make it that way. Ive placed many online orders through this place and im finally fed up with it. As someone who works in customer service I try... to give people the benefit of the doubt. So when I got a couple of sandwich?s that were nothing like I ordered I just toldmyself they were busy. But this place is consistently underwhelming, the last 3 times I?ve ordered the great garlic without thegarlic sauce on it and they put it on anyway. Today I placed an order for the champ, and I specifically asked for a lot ofsauce, well what do you know. It was dry, so I called the store and the employee Ann I believe her name was, she was belligerentand combative in her tone the entire phone conversation. And I told her I didn?t wanna be that guy but when your paying 13$ fora sub you want it to be quality for the most part right? Instead of being polite and professional she told me that I was beingthat guy and then offered me a side of sauce and then just hung up on me. This was the last straw, I will never go here again.
