I have never seen an employee act so unprofessional. The cashier we had screwed up our order and my siblings order twice, this... cashier was either high or on something, because the way he handled my brothers order was really unprofessional. Luckily therest of the staff helped us get our food. Read more

The interaction with staff was not great. I was still ordering when the cashier cut me off, afterwards she started charging me... and when i told her i was still going to order more food she seemed annoyed. So overall, customer service was veryunderwhelming. Read more

I?ve Never had an issue at this location with management or it?s staff; bad bad encounter with Its General Manager. On Thursday... 04/14 I called in an order that was not online or app. (2x 50pc nuggets). GM says ?place order online, app, Grub-Hub orDoorDash. I told him items wanted not on online menu(s) (this is not my first rodeo). I usually call in order to Manager as myjob is only 2 blocks from this location and a few factors are taken into consideration. 1) I?m usually placing order cause weare in a meeting and taking a break so a few of us share the nuggets. 2) time is of the essence. 3) I don?t want toinconvenience the line or it?s employees (100nuggets). Because the GM was not helpful I hung the phone up on Him. I place orderonline for (8) 4for $4. Order placed 12:12pm got to Wendy?s at 12:15pm and order was not ready. They tell me to pull up andliterally waited 20min 12:35pm. By now I was furious. Again, order placed online and I was in a meeting. On the way to my job,the bag rips and 4 of the 8 4for $4 spill all over my truck. I call to complain to Andy and he tells me he?s too busy. WorseCustomer Service especially coming from a GM. Too bad one bad apple ruined this locations rating. Read more

I stopped for lunch yesterday they gave me the wrong sandwich. I called spoke to the manager Lora she was great fixed the issue.... She stopped under staff to accommodate me in the middle of lunch rush. Lora went above and beyond Wendy's is lucky to have her. Read more

I don't usually have issues at the one near the car wash, but today I ordered the chicken parm salad and half way thru...a hair.... So I called and spoke with Laura who at first tells me no one has short hair there. Well I don't have black hair nor is itshort. She finally said she would give me credit, but don't think I'll be going there for awhile. Read more

Whoever supervises or manages in the morning is really great. He takes the time to be friendly, even if I place my order a... minute after they open, and he always packages the food thoughtfully and neatly. The customer service is top notch in the AM andis worth a visit if you want Wendy?s. Read more
