Placed a mobile order and when I picked it up it was cold not even a bit warm, they knowingly gave me cold food, if I didn?t... check before I left I would?ve never known. GO TO ANOTHER TACO BELL I work at a store nearby and we order food from them daily for the crew buying food for 3-6 people at a... time. We get it cause it?s cheap and convenient but quite literally every single time we order there, there are missing items inthe order, tacos are falling apart, and you always leave feeling dissatisfied cause if you want it fixed you have to return tothe Taco Bell for them to give you a hard time just to fix it. Went there for dinner ordered chalupas and chicken quesadilla- got my food home and there was nothing in the tacos and no... chicken in the chicken quesadilla- called manager and she told me they were out of food and they skimped on the ingredients butcharged me full price I paid almost 30 dollars- went to corporate website and never even got a reply back- obviously they don?tcare how their business is run or customers getting cheated out of their food- this is not a way to run a business- they shouldof closed their restaurant if they didn?t have the food for orders Read more

This is a very busy location but like any other location, always have had good service and no mix-ups with any order I've ever... made whether dining in or the drive-thru. Venue is always kept clean and always friendly customer service. I would easily putTaco Bell as one of the top 5 best mass franchise fast food chains in terms of cleanliness, customer service and quality/valueof food. One thing I've noticed in some reviews across a few locations in the past is the complaint about not having tortas,flautas, green sauce, etc. First off, Taco Bell is an American chain and not authentic Mexican at all. Plenty of Mexicanrestaurants in Lake county especially in Waukegan and the Round Lake area, go there if you're looking for authenticity. TacoBell has always served up tasty quality food at good prices and as long as they don't change anything which would bring themdown, I'll keep coming back. Read more
