Oh my gosh, I can't believe there's actually in Starbucks which is quiet, clean, and mellow during rush hour business. What a... pleasure! The staff was so friendly and calm. The space was so clean and the music was an "ease into the morning" mix. So manycustomers just walked in and stepped up to the pick-up counter and found their pre-ordered, prepaid items and walked out. It waskind of cool to the efficiency but disappointing that they did not even say thank you to me staff. I guess it's just a new eraof typical Starbucks customers. In the hour that I was there, I only experienced one stereotypical, self-absorbed, me-me-meSbux customer...and she was even probably quieter because of the environment. I would go to this place to study every 430 or 5am in the morning and even during those very early times they never failed to be... friendly and helpful. I was able to tell them about my exams, they are all very encouraging. I would have the weirdest ordersand they give it to me with a smile. I really felt at home. Thank you for all the encouragement and for smiling when i availof refills. Thank you for not complaining about the weird orders that i have. We are Starbucks drinkers and never have complaints. We just had the worst customer experience! To top it of the person was so... busy being rude that she messed up my drink! I asked for soy milk in my ice coffee. All I wanted to do was leave that place so Idid not realize it until I took a drink. I then read the label and sure enough it says with milk!! I ask for soy milk for areason. I'm currently breastfeeding and my baby has a milk protein allergy. It's upsetting that she was so busy being rude anddid not care to get my drinks correctly. I understand people make mistakes but if your taking drink orders, should probably tryto get it right. People have allergies!! I hope some corrects this so it does not happen to anyone else! Even when busy, they are so nice. I have only ever had great experiences. Update!: I come here several times a week to get... coffee before work. They're always very nice and professional, and today they went above and beyond. I almost always put in apick up order when I'm about 5-10 minutes out, and it always goes to this Starbucks. This morning I put in my order, a tiny bitearlier than usual. I get to the Starbucks, and they don't have an order for me, so I called my other saved store and it went tothe wrong Starbucks!!!!! Great place to stop by and get a premium coffee. My favorite is the hot caramel macchiato. I got some eggs and apples and cheese... for breakfast here too. Read more
The sugar plumb danish is delicious! New addiction, possibly competing with my love of the cranberry bliss bar which is... seasonal. Only suggestion-- bathroom needed cleaned, but order came up fast and drinks made correctly. Read more
FINALLY!!!! A Starbucks that doesn't have loud annoying music blasting in the morning. I've been to at least 30 different... starbucks in Illinois and all have music way too loud! I'm always told we can't turn it down there's no button to or we're not aloud to. I the morning the first thing a customer wants is coffee and QUIET! a little ambiance music is ok but the music isalways so loud to the point that even if you were earbuds it does nothing. If you try to move from the speaker there one every5 feet so they'd no getting away from the noise. But the workers were very nice and made my coffee great like all Starbucks do.PLEASE keep down the music in the future. I don't know if today was a fluke and was low by accident or it's always like this ifso this is my new Starbucks. Read more
