My boyfriend and I ate here sept 25th and had our sandwiches made by Joe. I have never met a worker more passionate about making... sure his sandwiches come out good than this guy. I hate potbelly. First of all I showed up 10 min after my online order was due only for them to have not started my order due to... the salad "machine" was down. So I asked the front counter girl what other toppings were available to make a salad and she theyhad none. It would be a 5 star if my two bags of cookies that were first on the shelf weren?t stale. These cookies are typically amazing,... soft, tasteful and borderline perfect. We went to potbelly?s 50/50 for the cookies and for dinner. The Sandwhiches wereamazing, we really wish the cookies had been fresh as we often stop just for the cookies.
