Worst burger king location I?ve came across. Three times I have ordered from here, three times that they have not put my order... correctly. It?s always something. One time, incorrect drink and two times ordered large fries and they put me small fries. Good to see that this Burger King in Gurnee is doing so well in today's economy that they can close up 10 minutes early. Got... there at 9:45pm and the sign on the door says lobby hours are until 10pm but the doors were locked. The cashier looked right atme and just stared. No gestures or motions. Just stared like a deer in headlights as if I actually had the audacity to expectthem to be open for business during their posted business hours. And I know they weren't closed because of an emergency ordisaster because the drive thru was still open. I hate using drive thrus! I prefer human contact. Not too mention that no oneEVER gets a drive thru order correct! Nice move BK for locking those doors early! But don't worry, there are a ton of options inthe immediate area for me to find a quick meal after a long day. I found a place that was more acceptive of my business! Pretty good drive thru service but a long line inside
Fish sandwich with with jalapeno cheese poppers. Also an impossible Burger and it tastes very good.
Food is good, no shakes it's been like this for a long time..why?
Me and my daughter go through the drive-thru we ordered chicken nuggets they should have been eight we get 7 each and on top of... that there was no barbecue sauce so we asked for different kind of sauce and we did not get what we asked for the nuggets werecold and old then they try to charge me for extra sauce Read more
Employees are rude . Don't answer the phones . Then disconnect the lines when they know they messed up big orders. Food wasn't... cooked fully . Rude service. Both managers are rude .
