Ripped us off, their cash register charged us twice and they told us not to worry. That it won?t go through. After a few days i... notice it went through. I came back and showed them my bank statement on my phone and they refused to refund my money. They wanta paper copy. Maybe they should have told me that so I didn?t drive back to the mall for nothing. Wasting my time and gas. Theyare making it hard to refund all the people they double charged that day hoping they won?t come back for their money. I will benotifying corporate and my bank to dispute those charges. It may not be much money but it?s the horrible customer service iswhat bothers me. The situation was handled very unprofessionally. A simple solution was to only take cash when they knowinglyknew the card readers were having issues. They told us ?oh yea it?s been doing that all day but don?t worry it won?t go throughtwice? I can only imagine how many people got charged twice. This was at the Burger King inside the Gurnee Mills Mall. Read more
Impossible burger is the best plant based burger here and what a great quality at this location. 9/10
Just like any other Burger King. However, the restrooms are quite clean . The staff is fast and friendly. Nothing much more you... can ask of a fast food chain known for their commitment to getting your order customized for you. This location is just as goodas any other, if not better. Read more
Burger King has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Unfortunately for this visit the wait was over fifteen... minutes just for an Oreo milkshake and a coffee Frappé. The employees are mostly high school age. Most were chit chatting andenjoying some milkshake themselves. Completely unorganized. It was busy, but it seemed like the kids didn't hold up to thepressure of the job. The place was completely filthy. The children's section was also in disarray. They also have a securityguard, who happened to be sitting in a booth on his phone. Once I got my milkshake it was messy, the cup was sticky on itssides. Nice place to get some decently priced food before and after going to Six Flags as it is literally right in front of the... entrance. Staff is usually friendly and food is made accurately. Be sure not to be here when Six Flags closes because hordes ofkids come here to eat and start trouble. Other than at that time this place is actually very quite with only a few customersinside.
